When signing up to Student Beans make sure you use your email address given to you by your school, college or university, and not a personal or home address. Eg. email@example.com and not firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have accidentally selected the wrong place of study, you can change your selection by clicking on the three dots to the right of the institution name:
If your student email appears to be invalid or is not recognised, drop us an email at email@example.com and we’ll look into it for you.
Alternatively, we accept multiple methods of student verification. You can also try logging in with your university/college learning portal if applicable or uploading proof of your student status if your email is not accepted by clicking 'Use another method' and selecting the relevant option:
