Your personal institution email address is the unique email address given to you by your institution e.g. name@institution.ac.uk.
If you don’t have an institution email address; don’t panic as we can verify you from seeing your official documents.
You'll need to provide a photo or scan of one of the following:
- Institution student card
- Acceptance letter
- Academic transcript
Your documents must be issued by your educational institution, show your full name, show the name of your educational institution and be valid for your current year of study. If you are an apprentice, send proof of your course and we will also review. We do not accept student cards that haven’t been issued by an official academic institution such as NUS or ISIC cards.
You’ve probably heard a lot about GDPR since it came about, and it’s pretty important for us to make sure we’re following these rules. Because of this, please don’t send us any personal information about you that we don’t need to have. If the photo or scan you are sending us has your home address or any other personal data on it please be sure to cover this or crop it out.
Once you’ve done all of this, this we’ll give you an email within less than 24 hours to confirm your account has been verified, then you’re all good to go!
