Using your student discount is easy, but the process is a little different depending on where you are shopping.
💻 Using a discount Online
Online discounts usually come in the form of a promo code or an education store (items already discounted)
Find your brand: Search for the brand on our app or website.
Reveal the code: Tap "Get Discount" to generate your unique, one-time-use code or head straight to the retailer via our education store link.
Copy and paste: At the checkout page of the brand’s website, paste your code into the "Promo Code" or "Discount" box at checkout.
Watch the price drop: Your savings will be applied instantly!
🛍️ Using a discount In-store
In-store discounts use your iD Wallet, which acts as your digital student card. This is only available on the Student Beans app.
Open the app: Open the Student Beans app.
Access your iD: Tap the "iD" icon in the bottom right-hand corner.
Create your custom Wallet: Add your favourite brands to your wallet and see your custom wallet populated with your go-to Branded IDs.
Show and save: Show your digital iD (which includes your photo and a verification timer) to the staff member.
Scan if needed: Depending on the iD, some brand iDs may include a QR code, Bar code, Unique code etc. Some stores may ask to scan a QR code from your app screen to apply the discount.
